Quality in logo design is difficult to score as it is fairly subjective. In our opinion, LogoDesignPros.com produces good quality logos.
Custom logo design options starting with a Startup Business Package at $198 thru to a Comprehensive Package at $498. The Business Startup Package comes with 4 concept designs to choose from and unlimited revisions to your chosen design. The more expensive packages come with more concept designs to choose from and with more designers working on your logo. Overall their logo design prices are slightly higher than the industry average, considering the number of concept designs offered with each package.
Turnaround time is 2 to 3 business days for all their logo design packages. Their web site also claims they have a 24 hour turnaround time, but as far as we could tell the 24 hour turnaround costs an additional $100. We asked their live support and were told that the turnaround is 48 hours.
LogoDesignPros.com has a clear, easily accessible guarantee policy. No fine print. Customers may ask for a refund after receiving the initial concept designs. If any alterations are requested then the refund option is no longer available. No service fees. Refunds are issued in full.
We could not find information on their web site about specific file formats offered, but LogoDesignPros offer "complete coordination with your printing company", and the logo is supplied in vector and web formats. Black and white and grayscale versions of the logo is also supplied.
LogoDesignPros.com support is far above average. They are available via phone, email and live chat. They claim that they're available 24/7. We tested this and found helpful live chat operators online during and after US business hours.
One thing about their site that we did not like is that it contains some claims that we believe are not 100% accurate. They claim, for example, that they are the only logo company that offers unlimited alterations, the only logo company with a 100% money-back guarantee, the only logo company that offers support for life etc. We know of several.
