Quality in logo design is difficult to score as it is fairly subjective. In our opinion, Biz-Logo.com produces professional quality logos.
Their pre-designed logos start at $95. These logos are not resold and Biz-Logo encourages clients to register their logos as trademarks once finalized. Something to note here is that the pre-designed logos are not sold "as is". Biz-Logo designers will work with the client to insert the company name, change colors, fonts, layout etc. until the client accepts the design, making their pre-designed logos a very attractive proposition. Their custom logo design packages range from a Budget Package at $149 to a Platinum Package at $899. Their entry package or Budget Package comes with 3 unique logo concepts to choose from and unlimited alterations to the chosen design. Overall their prices are in line with the industry average, but the number of unique designs that they offer with each package is far above the industry average.
Turnaround time is one business day for pre-designed logos and two business days for custom logos. They offer a "rush" option which is quite steep at $299.
Biz-Logo.com has one of the better money-back guarantees in the logo design industry. They offer a 30 day unconditional money-back guarantee. No service or admin fees are deducted when a refund is requested. The refund is available right up to the point where the client accepts one of the designs as their final logo.
Biz-Logo supplies the final logo in CDR, PDF, transparent PNG, JPG and GIF formats. A grayscale version of the logo and a black and white version is included with all packages, even with the pre-designed logos. Additional formats such as AI, PSD, EPS, TIF etc. are available on request. Biz-Logo does not charge extra for additional formats. Your printers may also contact Biz-Logo.com directly for additional files and support if needed.
Biz-Logo's support is exceptional. They have email support, phone support, live support and a way for clients to contact Biz-Logo owner Andre le Roux directly. Clients can phone in and ask for any of the designers by name. The live support operators are Biz-Logo employees, so in live chat you deal with someone who can effectively answer questions and solve problems. Live support is however not available 24/7 and Biz-Logo does not have a toll-free US number.
